Sustainability is important to us. That’s why we use locally available materials as much as possible when building our tiny houses.
Our tiny houses do not require any radiators: In the bathroom, innovative floor panels ensure cozy warmth (in winter) and coolness (in summer). We heat the living area using a climate-friendly air heat pump.
High-quality insulation materials also ensure that as little heat energy as possible escapes in cold weather and that the tiny house does not get too warm in summer.
From the outside, we cover our tiny houses with rhombus strips in different decors. They all have one thing in common: They are very durable and protect the tiny house from the elements such as rain, snow or sunlight.
RELAXED ARRIVAL
Mobile luggage trolleys are available for your comfortable journey. Starting from the parking spaces, you reach your house via the entrance portal. The park's walkways are level and paved.
TWO SLEEPING AREAS
Your tiny house has a double bed (160 x 200cm) on the ground floor and two single beds (each 80 x 200cm) in the loft. If required, bed, pillow and mattress covers can be booked.
KITCHENETTE
Inventory for 4 people included: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with integrated ice compartment, dishwasher and waste separation. A kitchen package (dishcloth and dishcloth, sponge, dishwasher tablets) can be booked additionally.
BATHROOM AND WET AREA
The bathroom has a vanity with space for cosmetic items, a shower and a toilet. A bathroom package with towels in different sizes can be booked additionally.
STORAGE SPACE
There is enough space for your clothes under the staircase. You can store groceries in the kitchenette area.
